What You’ll Get

Rehab and Strength Training, Built Into One Program

You shouldn’t have to choose between addressing an injury and getting stronger. RISE combines personalized rehab and strength training into one program, helping you address what needs attention while continuing to build strength, improve function, and gradually return to the activities you love.

Guidance From a Licensed Physical Therapist + Strength Coach

Work with a coach who understands both sides of the process. We’ll help you bridge the gap between completing physical therapy and feeling truly ready to return to training, exercise, and everyday activities—with a plan that meets you where you are and progresses with you.

Ongoing Support Between Sessions

You won’t have to figure out your training on your own. You’ll have direct access to your coach between sessions for questions, exercise modifications, form feedback, and guidance as you progress. As your body and goals change, your program can change with you.

Monthly In-Person Assessments

Every 4 weeks, we’ll meet in person to assess your progress, identify what’s holding you back, and determine what comes next. Each new training cycle is built around where you are now, helping you continue progressing toward your goals with the right level of challenge.

Why This Method Works

01.

Programming and check-ins are not limited by appointment availability.

02.

Adherence is typically higher due to structured support and ongoing guidance.

03.

Continuous communication allows for real-time feedback, making it easy to adjust programming when something changes.

04.

Trust is built early, with direct access to your coach for questions and support when needed.

05.

Care and programming continue even after symptoms improve, helping reduce the risk of reinjury long-term.

06.

You’ll learn how to build a strength routine, choose the right exercises, progress your training, adjust when something doesn’t feel right, and stay consistent through changes in your schedule or goals. You’ll also learn how to recognize when to push, when to modify, and when your body needs more recovery, giving you the knowledge base to train and stay active for years to come.

Customer Reviews

  • I’ve been a highly satisfied Rebuild client at Athletes Corner for over a year. Coach Gabriella is a consummate professional—exceptionally knowledgeable, engaged, enthusiastic, and patient. What sets this program apart is the truly individualized, one-on-one training from a strength coach who is also a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT). Her dual expertise has been invaluable in helping me both treat and prevent injuries while maintaining a consistent, effective strength training routine.

The integration of targeted rehab work directly into my lifting program—tailored to my specific musculoskeletal needs—has been a game changer in both efficiency and results. At 51, I haven’t looked or felt this fit since my 20s. I highly recommend Athletes Corner without reservation.

Frequently Asked Questions

All Rebuild clients work directly with Gabriella, our Licensed Physical Therapist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach. Gabriella specializes in rehab and performance coaching, using her expertise as a Physical Therapist to bridge the gap between injury and return to sport. She is passionate in ensuring everyone builds the strength they need to live a healthy, functional life and to significantly reduce their chance of injury currently and as they age.

Rise is designed for individuals who 1) are currently dealing with an injury, whether acute or chronic, and want to continue training in a safe and effective way alongside their ongoing care. Or 2) those who have completed traditional physical therapy but still don’t feel fully confident returning to certain activities or training after their injury.

Rise helps bridge that gap by guiding you through structured strength training that supports recovery and rebuilds confidence.

We use our physical therapy expertise when creating programs for our clients. This allows us to help identify potential injuries, recommend appropriate referrals when needed, and provide virtual movement assessments during our monthly calls to help guide or adjust your exercise program.

While our approach is informed by physical therapy principles, Rebuild does not provide formal physical therapy services and, therefore, is not eligible for insurance coverage or reimbursement.

With online programming, you get a fully structured, personalized plan delivered straight to you, for you to perform on your own schedule. There is no waiting for your next in-person session; adjustments are made in real time based on your feedback and progress.

Your coach stays in tune with every rep, tracking your metrics, reviewing your form, and giving daily guidance so you can train smarter, safer, and faster.

It’s flexibility, accountability, and results, all in one program. Why wait for a session when your coach can be with you every day?

Rise begins with an application and free consultation to make sure both you and Athletes Corner are a great fit.

Once accepted, you’ll commit to a 3-month training period, and your program will start on the agreed-upon date. From there, you’ll have full access to your coach to communicate about workouts, injuries, schedule changes, and goals.

Each month, we’ll meet in-person to review your recent training and set new goals for the next period.

We work together as a team to help you reach your full potential.

Both Rise and Rebuild provide personalized strength and rehab programming designed to help you get stronger, move better, and continue progressing toward your goals. The biggest difference is how you receive coaching and support throughout the program.

Rise is designed for those who want more hands-on, in-person support. You’ll meet with your Physical Therapist and Strength Coach in person every 4 weeks for a personalized assessment and coaching session. These visits allow us to assess how you’re progressing, address anything that may be holding you back, make adjustments to your training, and determine what the next phase of your program should look like.

Between in-person sessions, you’ll complete your workouts independently while maintaining direct access to your coach for questions, exercise modifications, form feedback, and guidance.

Rebuild is designed for those who prefer a fully virtual coaching experience. Your programming is delivered remotely, with virtual check-ins used to review your progress, discuss your training, make adjustments, and plan your next training cycle.

Both programs are built around your individual needs rather than a one-size-fits-all program. The difference comes down to the type of coaching environment that works best for you:

Rise: Personalized programming + virtual coaching + monthly in-person assessments + ongoing support between sessions

Rebuild: Personalized programming + virtual coaching + virtual check-ins + ongoing support

If you’re looking for more hands-on, in-person guidance as you move beyond rehab and back into training, Rise may be the right fit.

Yes, this is an option. If you’d like to meet with your coach in the metro Atlanta or Dallas area in a location other than your house, like a gym, studio or office, please reach out to your coach to discuss a location and access.

At this time we’re only accepting clients in these two cities. If you’re interested in working with us we recommend our virtual 1 on 1 option, Rebuild.

How to Get Started

01.

Start by filling out a short application telling us about your injury, where you feel stuck, your goals, and what you want to get back to doing. From there, you’ll schedule a free 15-minute consultation so we can learn more about you and determine if RISE is the right fit.

02.

During your consultation, we’ll talk through your current situation, goals, and what you’re hoping to get back to. If we feel RISE is a good fit for you, we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions you have before getting started.

03.

Rise is designed to create lasting change, not provide a quick fix. Your first 3 months give us the time to build a strong foundation, progress your training, and help you develop the confidence to move beyond your injury and get back to the things you love.

04.

Once you’re enrolled, we’ll schedule your first in-home assessment. We’ll take a closer look at how you move, where you’re starting, what may be holding you back, and what you need to work toward your goals.

05.

Based on your assessment, we’ll build a personalized strength and rehab program around your body, goals, abilities, and available equipment. Your program will continue to evolve as you become stronger and more confident, while you’ll have direct access to your coach between sessions for questions, modifications, and feedback.

06.

Every 4 weeks, we’ll meet in person to reassess your progress and build your next phase of training. As you improve, we’ll gradually increase the challenge and continue progressing you toward the activities, workouts, and everyday tasks you want to get back to.

RISE is a minimum 3-month commitment, with the option to continue month-to-month afterward.

To be considered for our Rise program, we require all prospective clients to complete an application and schedule a virtual consultation with our lead Physical Therapist and Strength Coach, Gabriella.

The purpose of this process is to ensure we’re the right fit for one another. Rise is designed for individuals who are ready to make a long-term investment in their health and are committed to building lasting strength, overcoming injury, and taking an active role in their progress. Our role is to provide the expertise, guidance, accountability, and support. You bring the commitment.

Rise takes a comprehensive, 360-degree approach to rehabilitation and strength training. We consider every aspect that influences your progress, including your injury history, training background, work demands, lifestyle, recovery, stress, and long-term goals. From there, we build a personalized plan that fits your life and evolves as you do.

This is not a quick fix or a one-time treatment. It is a collaborative coaching experience designed to help you build a capable body and create habits that support your health and performance for years to come.
