Strive didn’t come from comfort, it came from frustration.

Frustration with the fitness industry. Frustration with physical therapy that misses the bigger picture.

So we built something different. Something that blends strength training with physical therapy.

This isn’t just another workout plan. It’s not a handful of rehab exercises you forget in a week.

Strive is your foundation.
It removes the guesswork.
It gives you structure in an everlasting busy schedule.
And most importantly, it puts you back in control of your health.

No confusion. No fluff. Just real progress.

Ready to see what Strive can do for you?

Comment “Strive” below and let’s get started.
Elbow pain doesn’t just come from sports; it builds up from the tasks you do every single day.

If your outer elbow has been nagging you, it’s time to stop throwing random exercises/stretches at it, or even just resting and hoping it will feel better tomorrow…

Use these 3 simple exercises each week and notice the difference in how your arm feels and performs!

Consistency > random stretches.

Save this to add into your routine this week.
Avoiding Squats because of an injury?

Try this one cue to get you used to the movement, and slowly build depth and increase weight, safely.

Coming back from injury and looking to get back into a strength training routine? Head to the links in our bio to see our programs and how we can help. We're always in your corner!
Hips feeling a bit tight? Don't worry, we've been there too.

Try these movements the next time your feeling a bit off around your hips.

Weighted Hip Airplane
Box Assisted ER Pull Through
Weighted Cossack Squat
Single Leg Hip Thrust

With these 4 exercises you'll be working multiple movement patterns and making your hips feel just a bit less cranky.

Send this to someone who's been complaining about hip tightness.
Feel like you're in a rut with your workouts?

Don’t worry, plateaus aren’t forever! Just a few smart tweaks can lead to huge strength gains.

With Strive, you’ll keep moving forward, making every minute of your workout count. Your time is too valuable to waste, let’s crush those goals together!

Share this with a friend who's looking to get past that plateau!
Your workout doesn’t need more exercises. It needs more intention.

Somewhere along the way, we started confusing complicated with effective.

A new variation.
A new piece of equipment.
A movement you’ve never seen before.

It can make a workout look impressive without actually making it better.

Good programming starts with a much simpler question:
“Why are we doing this?”

Is this helping you get stronger?
Is it improving a movement you need?
Is it addressing a limitation?
Is it building toward a bigger lift or a specific goal?

If the answer is unclear, the exercise probably doesn’t need to be there.

And that doesn’t mean every workout needs to be boring.

It means every exercise should earn its place.

You can make a squat harder without inventing a new squat.
You can make a row more challenging without finding a completely different row.
You can make training more effective without making it more complicated.

Build from the basics. Get really good at them. Then progress them over time.
Former athletes and busy professionals does this sound familiar?

You never lost your competitive mindset but things just got busy and priorities changed. Now instead of standing on the podium you just want to be able to fully enjoy the activities you love without pain and injury.

Good work, keep going, you got this!
If you're feeling pain in your hamstring and into your glute after your long runs, have a listen.

Just a few simple movements might just be the way to pain free long runs ahead of the fall race season.

Something feeling a bit off, let us know. We're here to help.
