This program is specifically tailored to help those looking for additional guidance and support while strength training, whether it’s due to an injury or simply because 1-on-1 guidance from a strength coach and Physical Therapist is preferred.

This will help us determine if we are the right fit for each other and ensure we can help you achieve your fitness and personal goals.
02.
Receive confirmation of your approval
Within the initial 15 minutes of your consultation, we will determine if we are the right fit for each other. If we are the correct fit, we will remain on the call with you for an additional 45 minutes to help learn more about you and your training goals to help us develop an initial training plan for you.
03.
Make the commitment
Commit to 3 months of training with AC 1-on-1. Results are not achieved overnight and take time, consistency, and accountability. We ask that you remain with us for a minimum 3 month period so we can help you better achieve your goals.
04.
Receive your customized exercise program!
All AC 1-on-1 programs are completely customized to your goals, needs and availability. We can program workouts anywhere for 10 minutes – 2 hours and beyond, we will account for your goals and develop a program that will help you achieve and maybe even surpass them! During this process you will continue to have access to your coach via a messaging system, where any adjustments can quickly be made to your program.05.
Schedule your virtual check-in meetings
All programs are customized, but designed on a 4-5 week training cycle. Research shows that this approach yields the best strength results! At the end of each 4 -5 week period, you will schedule a video call with your coach. In the call we will discuss your current programming, reassess your goals and discuss progress made to help prep for your next 4-5 week training cycle.
06.
Continue to achieve your fitness goals
During your 3 month commitment period, we will provide you with the tools needed to become strong and resilient for a lifetime. Whether you continue working with us or not, our goal is to build strong and independent people! After your 3 month commitment period has ended, you can decide to continue on a month to month basis with AC 1–on-1, move to our AC In Your Corner program, or take all of the skills you learned and continue to grow stronger on your own!
