AC In Your Corner is designed for busy professionals and weekend warriors who want structured and purposeful training to maintain and rebuild strength. With our monthly programming, you are sure to remain accountable and consistent in your gym routine, all while minimizing your risk of injury and the impact to your busy schedule.

What To Expect:

Time Efficient Workouts That Leave You Feeling Stronger
We want to respect your time, while also making sure you benefit from your workouts. Our programs will include a series of 6-8 exercises per workout (excluding a brief warm-up/cool down) and are designed to be completed within a 45-60 minute period. At the beginning of each week you will receive 3 workouts.
You can complete these workouts on the day and times that suit your schedule best.

Structured Programming With A Purpose
All of our programming follows a standard strength training protocol, spanning over a 4-5 week period. At the start of each month a new cycle will begin with a new exercise focus, so you can physically see your improvement from week to week. Each month the exercise focus will consist of an upper and lower body movement pattern, spaced out between 3 different weekly workouts.

A Strength Program At Your Fingertips
Once you have joined AC In Your Corner, we’ll provide you with an Everfit account, our partner training app. At the start of each week, you will find your workouts in Everfit for easy access to view and complete your workouts. The app contains an easy layout to walk you through your workout (with instructional videos for each exercise, and written descriptions of how many sets and reps to perform while providing our recommended rest period for each exercise). You will also be able to track your progress from week to week, providing a view of your strength progress!
